We have lost a dear classmate but you will always remain a member of the Hammonton High School Class of '65. Thinking of you Carol and your family at this time and we extend our deepest sympathy.

Carol will remain in my thoughts always. She is a part of those happy days - sometimes meeting on the way to school, chatting and laughing in classes, summer Bible School, Girl Scouts. I have a memory of her love and loyalty to Skippy when they were walking on opposite sides of the street one morning because of a brother/sister disagreement. She told me, "I can say what I want, but nobody else better give Skippy a hard time. He's my brother!" Carol was always the sweetest person. We'll all miss her, but know we'll be together someday. We were in grade 11 when Kennedy was assassinated and Mr. Heston gave us a poetry assignment related to this event. We all made the effort with mostly middling results. I no longer recall Caarol's poem, but it was definitely quite good... better than the rest. Carol had a talent for writing.
