John J. Luca Obituary

John J. Luca, affectionately known as Pop by his family, 76, of Hammonton passed away on February 14, 2024. Born in Hammonton, NJ, he was a lifelong Hammontonian. John was a member of the Town Zoning Board, coached Little League, and worked for many years at numerous casinos in Atlantic City as part of the Carpenters Union formerly known as Local 623 and now known as Local 255. They were his best friends and together spent lots of quality time fishing, going to the shooting range, and enjoying fun lunch and dinner dates together.

John is predeceased by his wife Joann (Bilazzo), his sister, Nancy (Luca) Mento, and his parents Jennie and Peter Luca.

John is survived by his daughter and best friend Jessica Fisher, her husband Ian, his two grandchildren Jake and Mia and extended family.
