My condolences to Johnny’s Family. I knew Johnny since Little League. Even though we went to different schools we were good friends. He always had a good joke to tell whenever we met. You will never find a nicer guy than Johnny.

Our sincere sympathy to Jess, Ian, Jake and Mia. We have known John and Joann for 54 years. We met them on our honeymoon and became instant friends. We vacationed every year in Ocean City and every Valentines weekend at Peddlers Village. We shared many wonderful times with them laughing, shopping and just being together. When Joann passed part of our hearts went with her and now another part with John. John was a great guy a wonderful friend, dad to Jess and Poppy to Jake and Mia. He will be missed but we are blessed that he was part of our lives. Rest In Peace dear friend . Love, Rita and Bob Buchter

John was the best neighbor to have. When I lived at the condos he and I would sit outside and chat for ages. I always enjoyed hearing his stories, views about the world and politics. He would light up when he talked about the time that he spent with his daughter Jess, best friend Jake and his princess Mia.
Once we moved across town we always stayed in touch. Each holiday John made sure to drive over his biscotti's, pecan tarts, ham pie & stuffing. We loved being able to see him. He passed on his stuffing recipe and wrote " think of me each time that you make this". My friend, I will always think of you! The world lost a good one...even my 6 year old said that. May you rest easy my sweet friend.
Sincerest condolences to John's family. I know that this is a devastating loss for you all. Thoughts and prayers are with you.
Love,
The Siganuk Family

My condolences to the family. I’ve known John since childhood when we both played on DiDonatos little league team. I haven’t seen him in many years, but have kept in touch on FB. When thinking of John I always picture him fishing down the shore, along with his grandkids, with a big smile on his face. Rest in peace, bud!

John was a proud member of the HHS Class of '65, where he made many lifetime friends, myself included. He loved his family more than anything and they loved him in the same way. I believe he left this world on February 14, which was Ash Wednesday and Valentine's Day, so that he could be with his Valentine Joann. I will miss John and his popular biscotti and ham pie but most of all his smile. RIP John

I’ve known John since kindergarten. He was always very pleasant to me and a couple of years ago, he made biscotti for me that were absolutely delicious. He had a great sense of humor. I know his family was most important to him. I pray your grief is offset by wonderful memories.
