Obituary of Luz Minerva Dow

Luz Minerva Dow, (nee Rodriguez) 52, of Glassboro passed away peacefully at home with her loving family at her side on Tuesday, April 11, 2023. Born in Stratford, NJ she was a lifelong South Jersey resident. Luz was the office manager for the National Council on Alcoholism and Drug Dependence in Camden. Lucy was kindhearted, genuinely the sweetest person to all who knew her. She loved time spent with family laughing, vacationing, making crafts and shopping. She was a member of Mary, Mother of Mercy Parish in Glassboro. She was predeceased by her mother, Luz Minerva Rodriguez. Luz is survived by her loving husband, Richard Dow, who fought alongside her until the very end; her adoring daughters, Victoria Dow and Calista Dow; her father, Miguel Rodriguez, two sisters, Emma Lopez and her husband Ray; Elizabeth Jones and her husband Willie; many aunts, uncles, cousins, her nieces and nephews and friends. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Monday, April 17, 2023 11:00 am in St. Mary of Mt. Carmel Parish, Church of St. Joseph's 226 French Street, Hammonton. Burial will follow in Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, Hammonton. Viewings will be held Sunday, April 16, 2023, 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm and again on Monday, April 17, 2023, from 9:30 am - 10:30 am at the Carnesale Funeral Home, 202 S. Third St., Hammonton, NJ.
