My sweet father in law. You were kind and gentle and you loved your friends and family with all of your heart. You always saw the best in people and never had a bad word to say about anyone. I’m grateful Benjamin had such a caring and wonderful grandfather and that he is old enough to remember how much you loved him. I will always remember you smoking your pipe and listening to the greats on your radio and the two of us talking about how no one can sing like they did. I will miss seeing your smile and laughing at your Dad jokes. Thank you for being the best father in law I could ask for and for raising your son to be the kind, caring man he is, just like his Dad. Stars shining up above you, night winds seem to whisper I love you...

The finest man I ever knew, he lead a life dedicated to always doing the wright thing. He treated everyone with such respect, the perfect gentleman at all times. I couldn’t help but admire the man. It was a life well lived in every way. He will be deeply missed! I loved him. His favorite son-in-law.
