Obituary of Barbara L. Panarello

Barbara L. Panarello (nee Pajic), 77, of Hammonton passed away on Monday, April 2, 2018 at AtlantiCare Medical Center in Atlantic City. Born in Blue Anchor, NJ she was a lifelong resident of the Blue Anchor and Hammonton area. Barbara enjoyed cooking, canning, and baking especially wedding cakes. She was a member of St. Mary of St. Mt. Carmel Rosary Society, where she served as treasurer, and she formerly volunteered at St. Mary of Mt. Carmel Parish Church office. Before retiring Barbara worked as the Credit Union Manager at Whitehall Laboratories in Hammonton. She was predeceased by three brothers, John, Michael and Nicholas Pajic, and three sisters, Laura Garber, Mary Giles, and Anna Heggan. She is survived by her husband, John J. Panarello Sr., two sons, John J. Panarello Jr. of Hammonton, and Joseph Panarello (Lisa Dobson) of St. Roman, CA, two grandchildren, Joseph H. Panarello and Kali Reece, one brother, Thomas Pajic (Arleen) of Cherry Hill, and one sister, Joyce Bombara (Sam) of Waterford. A visitation will be held on Friday, April 6, 2018 from 6:30 PM - 9:00 PM at the Carnesale Funeral Home, 202 S. Third Street in Hammonton. Another visitation will be held Saturday, April 7, 2018 from 10:00 AM - 10:30 AM at St. Mary of Mt. Carmel Parish Church of St. Joseph's, 226 French Street in Hammonton, where a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:30 AM. Burial will follow at Greenwood Cemetery in Blue Anchor.
