Obituary of Brianna Lynn Aragona

Brianna Lynn Aragona, 28, of Hammonton passed away on Monday, April 24, 2017 at Pottstown Memorial Medical Center in Pottstown, PA. Born in Atlantic City she was a lifelong resident of Hammonton, where she attended Hammonton High School. When Brianna was younger she was a cheerleader for the Hammonton Hawks football teams, and the Hammonton Seals. She was predeceased by her brother, Victor Aragona, and her paternal grandmother, Dianna Aragona. She is survived by her daughter, Olivia; her mother and stepfather, Denise M. and Steven Cramer; her father, Victor Aragona Jr., three sisters, Allie Aragona, D.J. Aragona, and Rochelle Cramer; two brothers, Cole Aragona and Steven Cramer; her paternal grandparents, Victor (Pop -A-D) and Terri Aragona, her maternal grandparents, Edward and Janet Kouser; and her aunt and godmother, Jennifer Pesotski. A viewing will be held on Sunday, April 30, 2017 from 6:30 PM - 9:00 PM, and again on Monday, May 1, 2017 from 10:00 AM - 11:00 AM at the Carnesale Funeral Home, 202 S. Third Street in Hammonton, where funeral services will take place Monday at 11:00 AM. Burial will follow at Greenmount Cemetery in Hammonton.
