Obituary of Michael W. Passamante

Michael W. Passamante Sr., 76, of Collings Lakes, NJ passed away on Thursday, February 2, 2017 at AtlantiCare Medical Center in Galloway Township. Born in Philadelphia, PA he was a resident of Collings Lakes for forty eight years. Before retiring he worked for M & R Refractory which then became Cyprus - Metec Corporation in Winslow. He enjoyed oil painting and could often be found painting at his home. He was predeceased by his son, Michael W. Passamante Jr.; his brother, Albert Passamante; and his sister, Grace Thornton. He is survived by his beloved wife, Susan L. Passamante (nee Deltrone); one daughter, Gina Ford (Jim) of Hammonton; one son, Brian Passamante (Deana) of Collings Lakes; one brother, William Passamante of Collings Lakes; four grandchildren, Jacqueline, Brianna, Gabriella and Brian; and many nieces and nephews. A viewing will be held on Wednesday, February 8, 2017 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Carnesale Funeral Home, 202 S. Third Street in Hammonton, where funeral services will take place at 8:00 PM.
