Obituary of Florence Z. DeRose

Florence "Zazz" DeRose, of Hammonton passed away peacefully on Saturday April 30, 2016 with her family by her side. Born in Pennsylvania she lived in Hammonton for over 50 years. Zazz was a secretary for the Hammonton School District. She was a good friend, kind, caring compassionate person. Her smile would light up a room. Zazz loved her family and friends and enjoyed spending time with them and cherished every moment. She was predeceased by her husband, Michael DeRose. Zazz is survived by her son, Ryan DeRose , his wife Jaclyn of Los Angeles, CA; her granddaughter Avanelle, her step children, Jeanne Mahoney, her husband Jim of New Smyrna Beach, FL; Michael DeRose, his wife Stacy; and their children, Sara, Emily and Mary; her brother, Louis Zazzarino, his wife Vicki and their son, Louis; her sister, Jackie Fafalios, her husband Nicholas and their son Eric. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Monday June 13, 2016, 11:00am in St. Mary of Mt. Carmel Parish, Church of St. Joseph's where a visitation will be held from 10:00am until 11:00am.
