Obituary of Janet Claudette Cora

Janet Claudette Cora (nee Kelch) 75, passed away on Saturday, January 2, 2016 in AtlantiCare Regional Medical Center Mainland Division. Born in Yeadon, PA she lived in Mays Landing for many years. Mrs. Cora was an office assistant for Oak Crest Estates in Mays Landing. She was a graduate of Yeadon High School and earned her certification in medical billing. She was a home health aide for the State of New Jersey for over 20 years. Mrs. Cora also worked as a proof reader for Data Comp in Blue Bell, PA, as a packager for hy-grade meat company and as a teacher's assistant in the Radner School District. Mrs. Cora was predeceased by her two husbands, Freddie Cora and William Phillip Jackson. She is survived by her children and their spouses, Bill and Ruthie Jackson of Philadelphia, Daniel M. and Angela Jackson of Waco, TX, Kimberly and George Wingate of Galloway; Kevin and Crystal Jackson of Philadelphia, her step daughter, Tameka Cora of New York; 10 grandchildren, Janee Jackson, Marc Rodriguez, Desiree, Delamar and Nathaniel Jackson, Christopher, Nicholas and Hilary Wingate, Kayla Jackson, Kevin Jackson and Amber Gray, Jasmine, Chase and one great grandchild, Elijah Jackson. Funeral Services will be held Saturday, January 16, 2016 11:30am in Mainland Baptist Church, 512 S. Pitney Road Galloway Twp., NJ, where a visitation will be held from 11:00am until 11:30am. Burial will be at the convenience of the family.
