Obituary of John DeFrancisco

John DeFrancisco, 71, of Hammonton, passed away Sunday in Virtua-West Jersey Hospital in Voorhees. Born in Hammonton he was a lifelong resident there. He worked in the shipping/receiving department at Whitehall Laboratories and also as a merchandising associate at Sears. Mr. DeFrancisco loved fishing, boating and winemaking, but his greatest joy was when he and his wife were cruising especially to his favorite place, St. Martin. He formerly bowled in DiDonato's Bowling League. He was predeceased by his parents, John A. and Katherine DeFrancisco. Mr. DeFrancisco is survived by his wife, Patricia Anne DeFrancisco (nee Cramer), two daughters, Amy O'Reilly and her husband Patrick and Kelly DeFrancisco all of Williamstown, one son, John Robert DeFrancisco of Brigantine, his brother, James N. DeFrancisco and his wife Sharon of Hammonton, his two granddaughters, Meghan and Morgan O'Reilly, and his father in law, Robert Cramer and his wife Brenda of Egg Harbor City and his loving in-laws, GOD children, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Friday 10:00am in St. Mary of Mt. Carmel Parish, Church of St. Joseph's, 226 French St. Hammonton. Entombment will follow in Greenmount Cemetery. Viewings will be held Thursday 7:00pm - 9:00pm and again on Friday 9:00am at the Carnesale Funeral Home, 202 S. Third St., Hammonton. Memorial Donations may be made to the American Cancer Society, 1851 Old Cuthbert Rd., Cherry Hill, NJ.
