Obituary of Lucetta Furgione

Lucetta A. Furgione (nee Saggiomo), 84, of Hammonton passed away on Tuesday at Royal Suites Healthcare in Galloway Twp. Born in Philadelphia she was a Hammonton resident for more than fifty years. She formerly worked for Garden State Appraisers in Hammonton. Mrs. Furgione enjoyed going to the casinos in Atlantic City, playing cards and cooking. She was predeceased by her former husband, Charles "Fudge"; Furgione; one brother, Angelo Saggiomo and her sisters, Rita Mortellite and Theresa Campione. She is survived by one daughter, Tina Baldi (Charles Jr.); three sons, Joseph Martinelli Sr. (Josephine) all of Hammonton, Gene Martinelli of Atlantic City, and Ralph Martinelli of Idaho; her grandchildren, Charles Baldi III, Jaclyn Baldi, Dominique Martinelli and Joey Martinelli Jr all of Hammonton .; one brother, Ralph Saggiomo (Fran) of Pennsylvania and many nieces and nephews. A viewing will be held on Saturday, February 15, 2014 from 9:30 AM - 11:00 AM at St. Mary of Mt. Carmel Parish Church of St. Joseph's, 226 French Street in Hammonton, where a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:00 AM. Entombment will follow at Greenmount Cemetery in Hammonton.
