Obituary of Elaine Fichetola

Elaine Fichetola, (nee Simonetti), 85, of Hammonton passed away on Monday, December 16, 2013 at home surrounded by her loving family. Born in Winslow she was a resident of Hammonton for fifty eight years. She and her husband were the owner's of Rocky's Farm Market in Mays Landing. Mrs. Fichetola was a member of the Hammonton Senior Citizens. She enjoyed spending time with her family especially her children, grandchildren, brothers and sisters. She was predeceased by her husband, Rocco J. "Rocky" Fichetola; her parents, Carmen and Anna Simonetti; her two sisters, Frances Ingemi, and Mickey Silipino; and her brother, Anthony Simonetti. She is survived by her daughter, Denise Fichetola Brown of Mays Landing; her son, Rocco "Ricky" Fichetola Jr. and his wife, Anna Marie (nee Pirri) of Hammonton; three grandchildren, Matthew Fichetola, Michael Fichetola, and Deanna Brown; three brothers, Michael Simonetti (Josephine), Carmen Simonetti (Lee), Philip Simonetti (Grace); two sisters, Jennie Raniolo, and Josephine Mascioli (Sam); two brothers in law, Pete Ingemi and Sal Silipino; and her former son in law, Kevin Brown. A viewing will be held Friday from 7:00 PM - 9:00 PM at the Carnesale Funeral Home, 202 S. Third Street in Hammonton. There will be no viewing on Saturday morning. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Saturday 11:00 AM at St. Mary of Mt. Carmel Parish Church of St. Joseph's, 226 French Street in Hammonton. Entombment will follow at Greenmount Cemetery in Hammonton. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Hammonton Chapter of the Sunshine Foundation, P.O. Box 164, Hammonton, NJ 08037.
