Obituary of Patrick Clark

Patrick Clark IV, 36 of San Antonio, TX and formerly of Sicklerville passed away Thursday in Methodist Hospital in San Antonio. Born in Washington Twp. he moved to Texas two years ago. He formerly worked in the Shipping/Receiving Dept. at Patriot Windows in Hammonton. Patrick was predeceased by his brother Jermaine Williams. He is survived by his wife LaShunda Clark; his children, Ziaire Patrick Clark; Laila Grace Clark all of San Antonio, his mother, Ingrid Williams of Delaware, his father, Patrick Clark III of San Antonio; his sister Takia Nicole Williams of Delaware, his maternal grandmother, Fannie Miller of Hammonton, his nephew, Joseph Salvatore Williams, his Godmother Doris Burrell and many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. Funeral Services will be held Saturday 12:00pm in True Praise Ministry Church, 18 Front St., Hammonton where a viewing will be held from 10:00am until 12:00pm. Burial will follow in Oak Grove Cemetery Hammonton. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to the family.
