Obituary of Rayda Valencia

Rayda Valencia, 64, passed away surrounded by her loving family on January 21, 2013. She was born in Guayama, Puerto Rico. Rayda was loved by many family and friends. She will always be remembered as she called herself "Bella." We will remember her beautiful smile and sense of humor. She loved to cook, travel, dance, sing and having family gatherings. Rayda was predeceased by her parents, Eladio Rosario & Beatriz Santiago, her sisters, Hilda Santiago, Gloria Santiago, Irma Santiago, Elsie Santiago; her great granddaughter, Soleil Ortiz. She will always be remembered by her sons, Israel Diaz (Lourdes), Rafael Diaz(Mayra), daughters, Aida Pares(Nelson), Carmen Arbieto and by her granddaughter whom she raised, Rayda Arbieto. She is also survived by her siblings, Reinaldo Rosario, Samuel Rosario, Confe Rosario & Elizabeth Santiago, her grandsons, Joey, Israel, Saul, Alex, her granddaughters, Yanira, Jessica, Kiara, Ivelisse, Damaris and her great grandkids, Aidaeliz, Ava, Yaniel, Elisol and many nieces and nephews, whom she deeply loved. A viewing will be held Thursday 5:00pm to 8:00pm in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, 139 N. Iowa Ave., Atlantic City. Burial will be in Cemeterio Municipal de Guayama.
