Obituary of Anna Hernisey

Anna Mary Hernisey, 82, of Clayton and formerly of Hammonton, passed away on Wednesday at Kennedy Health Systems in Washington Township. Born in Camden she was a lifelong South Jersey resident. Mrs. Hernisey was an avid bingo player who loved playing the game. She was predeceased by her husband William H. Hernisey, Jr. She is survived by her two sons, Joseph Hernisey of Clayton and William C. Hernisey of Buena, her daughter, Sharon Baardsen of Buena, two grandchildren, Natalie Ann Hernisey; Shawn Baardsen and three special loved ones, Nancy Trueland, Joan Fluharty and Pamela Carr. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Monday 11:00am in St. Mary of Mt. Carmel Parish Church of St. Joseph's. Burial will follow in Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. A viewing will be held Monday 9:30am - 10:30am at the Carnesale Funeral Home, 202 S. Third St., Hammonton. Memorial Donations may be made to Susan G. Komen For the Cure Attn.
