Obituary of Helen Maimone

Helen Maimone, (nee Pino) 98, of Hammonton passed away peacefully at her residence. Born in Hammonton she was a lifelong resident there. Mrs. Maimone formerly worked for Aggressive Coat Co. in Hammonton. She and her husband owned and operated a blueberry farm in Hammonton for many years. She was a proud member of the Hammonton Republican Club, a member of the Hammonton Senior Citizens and was a devoted Catholic who loved her faith. Mrs. Maimone loved going to the Casinos to play the slots and going to see Broadway Shows. She was predeceased by her husband Anthony J. Maimone. Mrs. Maimone is survived by her daughter and son in law, Jo Ann and Izchak Cohen of Atlantic City, her granddaughter Sheryl Maureen Maimone of Galloway Twp., one brother Joseph Pino and his friend Angie Cassella of Hammonton, her special niece and nephew, Deletta Gaimari and Sam Maimone and many other relatives and friends. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Friday 12:30pm in St. Mary of Mt. Carmel Parish Church of St. Joseph's, Third & French Sts., Hammonton. Burial will follow in Greenmount Cemetery. A viewing will be held Friday 10:00am - 12:00pm at the Carnesale Funeral Home, 202 S. Third St., Hammonton.
