I'm shocked and saddened and my heart goes out to all of you. But the memories you must have of Frank are enormous as was Franks heart! I knew him from AC Race Course and a gentleman and fabulous handicapper he was! His smile was infectious and he always enjoyed talking about his family in between the races! I'm a better person just for the time I spent with Frank. Heaven is the winner today and GOD has made it Official. RIP Frank: NO ONE DID IT BETTER when it came to picking the horses!
I was shocked when I heard the news about Frank. I knew Frank for a long time. He was a great friend. And not only that but a great husband and father. He'll always be remembered and loved. We've lost one of the good ones but it's nice to know heaven just got a bit better and another angel. Love to the family!

and we had so many laughs
working on some of the Reunions together. He left a
wonderful legacy to his family
and to us, his friends.

I am very sorry to hear about your Dad. I didn't know him, but my Mom did - they went to HSHS together and said he was a funny guy! Knowing you two -I believe her. My thoughts are with you at this time!

Frank was one of the finest men I've had the pleasure of knowing for the past twenty-five years. He had a heart of Gold and never had a bad word to say about anyone. Friends like Frank can only be counted on one hand!
