Barbara A. Colasurdo (Holak) passed away December 28, 2024, at the age of 85. She was born in Camden, NJ and resided in Hammonton. Barbara was a loving wife, sister, aunt and friend. She enjoyed going to concerts, traveling and participating in any activity that gave her time with her beloved nieces, nephews and their children.




Barbara lived a life full of abundantly rewarding days! Her caring and empathetic nature led her to careers of service as a teacher and later a social worker. The lives of her family were made richer through her generous spirit and undying love. Our world will be lesser without her.




She is survived by her sisters, Geraldine (Holak) Masino and Suzanne (Holak) Gomez, her many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, and many good friends.




Barbara is preceded in death by her parents, Anthony & Caroline (Adamek) Holak, her husband Salvatore (Buddy) Colasurdo, her brothers, Anthony Holak and Robert Holak, her brothers-in-law Robert Dunn and James Masino, sisters-in law Anna Holak and Duffy Holak.




A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Thursday, January 2, 2025 at 11:00 AM at St. Anthony of Padua Church, 285 Route 206 in Hammonton, NJ. Burial to follow at a Holy Sepulchre Cemetery in Hammonton, NJ
