Obituary of Albert William Gall, Jr.

Albert William Gall, Jr. "Bill", 77, of Newtonville, NJ passed away on Friday, June 21, 2024, at his residence. Born in Somerville, NJ, he lived in Newtonville for over 30 years. Bill was an iron worker for the Iron Workers Union Local 399 in Camden, NJ. He served in the U.S. Navy during the Vietnam War aboard the USS Kitty Hawk where he did aviation maintenance. He enjoyed fishing, especially trout fishing, and he was an avid Eagles and Phillies fan. He also loved gardening; he was most proud of his tomatoes. Bill was predeceased by his wife, Helen Gall. He is survived by his four sons, Michael Gall and his wife Rebecca, David Gall, Jonathan Gall and his wife Kirsten; Daniel Gall and his wife Stacey; his brother James Gall and his wife Martha; his sister, Barbara Alesandro and his six grandchildren, Alexander, Nathaniel, Benjamin, Charlotte, Lily and Max, and many cousins, nieces, nephews and friends. Funeral Services will be held Friday, June 28, 2024, 10:00 am at the Carnesale Funeral Home, 202 S. Third St., Hammonton, NJ. Burial will follow in Greenmount Cemetery, Hammonton. Viewings will be held Thursday, June 27, 2024, 6:00 pm – 8:00 pm and on Friday, June 28, 2024, 9:00 am – 10:00 am at the funeral home.
