Ruthann McIlvaine, 66, of Mullica Township passed away peacefully at home on Thursday, April 18, 2024. Born in Philadelphia, PA she was a resident of Mullica Township for forty years. She had worked as a baker and cake decorator at Super G in Chews Landing, NJ. She stopped working to stay home to help take care of her grandchildren, which was her favorite job.. She enjoyed crocheting, building and working with stained glass, baking, reading and doing crossword puzzles.
She was predeceased by her husband, David C. McIlvaine, her grandson, Liam McIlvaine and her mother, Virginia Laino. She is survived by four children, Lorie Christopher (Mike), Christopher McIlvaine (Jennifer), Jonathan McIlvaine (Carey – Lynn) and Jillian McIlvaine, two sisters, Lillian Burns and Karen Durdu, fifteen loving grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held privately at the convenience of the family. Burial will be held at Oak Grove Cemetery in Hammonton.
