Charles Lupsa Obituary

Charles Lupsa, 83, of Collings Lakes, NJ passed away on Thursday, April 11, 2024 at Samaritan Hospice Center in Voorhees, NJ. Born in Philadelphia, PA he was a resident of Collings Lakes since 1968. Before retiring he worked as a computer analyst for the Department of Defense. He proudly served in the United States Air Force and Air Force Reserves. He also served as a Philadelphia Police Officer for a short time. He enjoyed computers, and deep conversations about his beliefs and faith.



He was predeceased by his wife, Mary Jane Lupsa (nee Smith), his parents, Charles and Pauline Lupsa, and his half brother, Alfred Bilotta. He is survived by his daughter, Lisa A. Bell (Robert), two grandchildren, Melissa Harris and Jamie Lynn Batt (Andrew), three great grandchildren, Kailey, Faith, and Hudson, his brother, Donald W. Lupsa (Betty) and many nieces, nephews, and friends.



A viewing will be held on Thursday, April 18, 2024 from 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM at the Carnesale Funeral Home, 202 S. Third Street in Hammonton, where funeral services will take place at 12:00 PM. Burial will follow at Greenmount Cemetery, 124 S. First Road in Hammonton. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to St. Jude's Children's Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
