Obituary of William Hesse

William Hesse, 86, of Egg Harbor City, NJ passed away on Thursday, November 23, 2023, in Select Specialty Hospital in Atlantic City. He was born and raised in Egg Harbor City. William served in the United States Navy from 1956 - 1959. He worked at Pacemaker Boat Co. and Viking Yachts as a painter. William also worked at Harrah's Hotel Casino as a heavy-duty porter. He enjoyed antiquing, going to flea markets, buying and selling antiques and gardening around his home. He was predeceased by his parents, Alphonse and Anne (Camillo) Hesse, his brothers, Richard Hesse, Robert Hesse and Ronald Hesse and his sister, Joan Haes. William is survived by his loving wife of 59 years, Charmaine H. Hesse (nee Carpo); his daughter Erica Hesse of Hammonton, his son Troy Hesse and his wife, Caroline of Dorothy, and his 7 grandchildren, Brooke, Amelia, Annalise, Genevieve, Liam, Lydia and Caleb. Funeral Services will be held Saturday, December 2, 2023, 10:30 am in Victory Bible Church 816 S. Egg Harbor Road, Hammonton, where a viewing will be held from 9:30 am - 10:30 am. Burial will follow in Atlantic County Veterans Cemetery 189 Boulevard Route 50 South, Mays Landing, NJ
