Patricia A. Zucconi, (nee McKeone) 74, of Hammonton passed away on Saturday, June 24, 2023 at her home with her loving family by her side. Born in Philadelphia, PA she lived in this area for many years. Patricia formerly worked at Ideal Bakery in Hammonton, the Anchorage at Ancora and Wawa in Hammonton. She loved family camping trips, vacationing in Maine, and a good glass of wine. Patricia was a sweet, kind, gentle woman. She was predeceased by her husband John A. Zucconi. Patricia is survived by her children, Alan Zucconi (Jaclyn Cella), Patricia Perrone, John A. Zucconi, Jr. and Lena Hutsell (Rick Taylor), her sisters, Sandra Poluski and her husband James and Ginger McGlinchey and her husband Ed, her six grandsons, Michael Cella, Justin Hutsell, II, Cullen Hutsell, Joey Zucconi, Josh Zucconi and Elvis Hutsell and her great granddaughter, Isabella Grace Hutsell. Pat is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated, Thursday, June 29, 2023, 11:00 am in St. Mary of Mt. Carmel Parish, Church of St. Anthony of Padua RC Church, 285 Route 206, Hammonton where a viewing will be held from 9:30 am until 11:00 am. Burial will follow in Greenmount Cemetery, Hammonton.
