Obituary of Elizabeth Woods

Elizabeth Woods, 91 of Newtonville passed away on Friday at home. Born in Bramwell, WV she was a longtime resident of Newtonville. Before retiring Mrs. Woods worked at the New Jersey Veteran's Memorial Home in Vineland, after that she was a caregiver for the developmentally disabled and she was also a foster parent. She was a member of the Newtonville Senior Citizens and Bethlehem Baptist Church. Mrs. Woods was predeceased by her husband Jeremiah Woods and her daughter Maxine Minor. She is survived by four sons, Vernon Minor, Dywane Woods, Michael Crouch and Melvin Crouch, five daughters, Sonja Wheeler, Shelia Minor, Dina Bond, Betty Bryant, and Barbara Randolph, also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren. A viewing will be held Saturday November 12, 2011 from 9:00 AM - 11:00 AM at the Abundant Living Church, 849 Route 54, Buena Vista Twp, NJ, where funeral services will take place at 11:00 AM. Burial will follow at Bethlehem Baptist Church Cemetery, Eighth Street in Newtonville. Arrangements by the Carnesale Funeral Home in Hammonton.
