Obituary of Constance Mae Duffy

Constance Mae Duffy,76, of Hammonton passed away peacefully at home, surrounded by her loving family on Tuesday, March 28, 2023. Connie was born in Wilmington, DE and she was a resident of Hammonton for sixty years. Her final thoughts were an expression of love and gratitude to her husband, sons and grandchildren. During her time in Hammonton her main occupation was as a mother and homemaker. She lived in the same house for 57 years and made it her own in a very particular way. She was an amazing cook and baker and passed that passion to her sons and grandchildren. Connie always made sure her family was together and hosted countless holidays, birthdays, and anniversaries. She was an avid motorcyclist and explored the country for many years on the back of her husband's Harley. She was predeceased by her son, William "Billy" Duffy, and her sisters, Priscilla "Penny" Orbin and Arlene "Kitten" Pedrick. She is survived by her devoted husband of sixty- two years, William "Bill" Duffy, she was an amazing mother to her three sons, Wayne, Brian (Laura) and Shane (Kimberly), her seven grandchildren, William "Billy", Sean, Daniel, Mallaidh "Molly". Dalton, Seamus, and Hawken and one sister, Dawn Raine. A visitation will be held on Tuesday, April 4, 2023 from 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM at the Carnesale Funeral Home, 202 S. Third Street in Hammonton, where a Service of Remembrance will be held at 12:00 PM
