Obituary of Hilda Cruz

Hilda Cruz, 80, of Mullica Township passed away on Sunday, February 12, 2023 after a brief illness. Born in Comerio, Puerto Rico she lived in this area for over 75 years. Hilda worked for Patriot Windows in Hammonton. She was predeceased by her husband, Jose A. Ayala, Sr., her son, Rafael Nazario, her grandson, Edgar Nazario and her son in law Ralph Peter. Hilda is survived by her children, Carmen Peter, Pedro Nazario, Jose Ayala Jr.(Colleen), and Carmen Zambrano, twelve grandchildren, Jerry Casalduc (Athena), Denise Casalduc, Darius Nazario, Pedro Nazario, Eric Cabot, Brandon Nazario, Jose Ayala, III (Melissa Martinez), Tony Ayala (Alyssa Capaldi), Destiny Ayala, Samantha Lewis, Joseph Abruzzese, Cassandra Zambrano, ten great grandchildren, Alyssa and Clarissa Casalduc, Jake Sanchez, Keara and Ethan Casalduc and Amari Ayala, Mila Ayala, Alexander Speed, Stephen Martinez, and Giavanna Capaldi. A Mass of Christian Burial will celebrated Saturday, February 18, 2023, 11:00 am in St. Mary of Mt. Carmel Parish, Church of St. Joseph's 226 French St., Hammonton. Burial will follow in Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, Hammonton. A viewing will be held Saturday from 9:00 am until 10:30 am at the Carnesale Funeral Home, 202 S. Third St., Hammonton.
