Obituary of Glenn D. Bartle

Glenn D. Bartle II, 87, of Mullica Township passed away at home on Monday, November 21, 2022. Born in Syracuse, NY he was a resident of Mullica Township since 1980. Mr. Bartle had worked as a radio newsman for WFIL Radio and WPEN Radio both in Philadelphia. He was an avid sports fan especially Philadelphia Eagles and Phillies and Syracuse Orange basketball. He was formerly a teacher at Mt. Penn High School in Reading, where he coached basketball and was honored as teacher of the year. He was predeceased by his wife, Nancy Bartle, and his son in law, Brian Morgan. He is survived by one son, Glenn D. Bartle III (Rochelle Grey), one daughter, Lori Morgan, three grandchildren, Nicole Sohns (Christopher), Haleigh Morgan and Shane Bartle, one brother, John Bartle and many nieces and nephews. A visitation will be held on Monday, November 28, 2022 from 10:00 AM - 11:00 AM at the Carnesale Funeral Home, 202 S. Third Street in Hammonton, where funeral services will take place at 11:00 AM.
