Victor was one of the nicest and most decent people I have ever met. His smile was infectious. You knew if he was on the scene, things were going to be alright. I've never seen him mad or unhappy. Before his retirement, I caught up with him and with that million megawatt smile, he told me his plans of moving to Florida where he already had his house and bike. He was so excited. Ad if there was ever a man who deserved so much "good", it was Vic. I am happy to have known him but am so sad for the Diaz Family. His light will shine now from the Heavens. Rest in Peace Vic.
