Sorry about Paul RAFFA's passing. My sincerest condolences to his family and friends. I knew Paul during the schoolyear 1968-69 at St.Joseph's HS that I attended as a (French) exchange student (I was then a Senior, he was a Junior). I remember him as a very nice person. I’m so terribly sorry for your loss and I extend my deepest condolences to everyone who knew and loved him. I’m gonna miss seeing Paul at the salon. I had the pleasure of cutting him when Jennifer wasn’t available and I always enjoyed our talks and his company. When he would call for an appointment he would say “Yeah hi, is this Beverly’s Saloon? I’d like to order a case of beer” and I would giggle and say “hi, Paul.” He would gasp and say “How’d you know it was me!?” Every single time. He was so fun and a joy to be around. I’m going to really miss him.

So sorry to hear Paul's passing! To know him was to love him. He was a sweetheart who could always brighten your day! It said in his obituary that he loved dogs. That may be. But my recollection was his sinere love of cats! He redid our kitchen in1990 and in 2014 gutted the kitchen in my daughter's home, redesigned it and made a whole new beautiful kitchen! He was the best, a perfectionist! His happy face and pleasing personality will be sadly missed!

Paul would light up anywhere he went with his contagious smile and laugh. Whenever I wore my hair up he would tease me about the donut on my head. Our breakfasts at the Bagel Shop were always so much fun. We will miss him dearly.
