Obituary of Carlos E. Rivera

Carlos E. Rivera "Charlie Brown", 57, of Hammonton passed away on Wednesday, July 20, 2022. Born in Orocovis, Puerto Rico he was a lifelong resident of the Hammonton area. Carlos enjoyed listening to salsa music, playing his guitar, shooting pool. and rooting on his favorite team the Dallas Cowboys. He was a hard working laborer and member of the Laborers Union Local 172 of Folsom. He worked for over twenty years for Statewide Hi-Way Safety Inc. in Folsom. He is survived by his loving companion and mother of his children, Joelle Vecchione, his six children, Kayleen Rivera, Carlos Rivera Jr., Melanie Rivera, Emily Rivera, Mariana Rivera, and Sonia Rivera, his five grandchildren, A.J., Justin, Alex, Nova and Amari, his parents, Hermenegildo and Sonia Rivera, two brothers, Albert Rivera and Edwin Rivera and his sister, Teresa Rivera. A viewing will be held on Sunday, July 24, 2022 from 4:00 PM - 6:00 PM at the Carnesale Funeral Home, 202 S. Third Street in Hammonton, where funeral services will be held Sunday at 6:00 PM.
