Obituary of Winifred A. Snyder

Winnie A. Snyder, (nee Odell), 74, of Hammonton passed away on Wednesday, July 20, 2022 at her residence, with her loving husband, daughters and sister by her side. Born in Hammonton she was a lifelong area resident. Winnie retired from the Atlantic County Sheriff's Department as a supervisor and secretary. She was a member of the Hammonton Red Hat Society. Winnie's family meant everything to her and she would do anything for them. She cherished every moment spent with them. She loved playing Bingo, Pinochle and Pokeno with her best lady friends, Nickie, Ellen and Pearl. Winnie is survived by her husband, John H. "Jack" Snyder; her two daughters, Jennifer Snyder and Heidi Snyder, her sister, Mary Formichelli; six grandchildren, James Jr., Jenna, Jonathan, Joseph, Vincent and Michael; her great grandchildren, Joseph Jr., Noah James; her lifelong friend Sandy and many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. A viewing will be held Monday, July 25, 2022 from 7:00 pm - 9:00 pm and again on Tuesday July 26,from 9:00 am - 10:00 am at the Carnesale Funeral Home, 202 S. Third St., Hammonton. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Tuesday, July 26, 2022, 10:30 am in St. Mary of Mt. Carmel Parish, Church of St. Joseph's, 226 French St., Hammonton. Burial will be at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to the Hammonton Cancer Foundation PO Box 1066, Hammonton, NJ 08037.
