Obituary of Jean Grimm

Jean Grimm, 90, of Hammonton passed away peacefully at home on Tuesday, July 5, 2022. Jean was born in Utica, NY raised in the Millville and Vineland area before moving to Folsom, and finally settling in Hammonton for the past fifty two years. Jean was a longtime member of St. James Lutheran Church in Folsom, and currently attended Hope Assembly of God Church in Malaga. Before retiring, she worked at Whitehall Laboratories in Hammonton. She enjoyed spending time with her family especially her grandchildren and great grandchildren. She was predeceased by her husband, Edward H. Grimm Sr., her son, Edward H. Grimm Jr., her parents Salvatore and Antoinette Folino, and her sisters, Catherine Mercogliana and Mary Albanese. She is survived by her daughter, Gina O'Brien (Scott), her daughter in law, Maria Grimm, her grandchildren, Kristen Gallagher (Vincent), Edward H. Grimm III (Allison), Gia Marie Prestipino (Nick), her great grandchildren, Vincent, Dominic and Nicholas Gallagher. Also survived by her sister, Martha Ingling and her brother, Santino Folino (Gerri). A viewing will be held on Saturday, July 9, 2022 from 9:30 AM - 11:30 AM at the Carnesale Funeral Home, 202 S. Third Street in Hammonton, where funeral services will be held at 11:30 AM. Burial will follow at St. James Lutheran Cemetery, 1341 Mays Landing Road in Folsom. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Hope Assembly of God, 377 Dutch Mill Road, Newfield, NJ 08344.
