Obituary of Rita A. Tedeschi

Rita A. Tedeschi. (nee Mascolo) 70, of Hammonton, NJ passed away peacefully at her residence on Friday, January 21, 2022. Born in Vineland she was a lifelong South Jersey resident. Rita was a registered nurse and began her career at Newcomb Hospital. Through the years she worked at AtlantiCare, Kennedy; and Underwood Hospitals. She was a member of the Pinelands K9 Club and the American Association of Critical Care Nurses. Rita was predeceased by her parents, Louis and Frances Mascolo; her brothers, Thomas and Phillip. She is survived by her husband, Louis Tedeschi; her son Phillip Tedeschi and his wife Debbie of Winterhaven FL; her daughter, Nicole Tedeschi of Baltimore, MD; two brothers, Louis Mascolo (Christine) of Vineland, Joseph Mascolo (Debbie) of Ft. Myers, FL., her sister Lucia Farinelli (Chris) of Weston, FL and her two grandchildren, Matthew and Isabella. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated, Wednesday, January 26, 2022, 11:00 am in St. Mary of Mt. Carmel Parish, Church of St. Joseph's, 226 French St., Hammonton. Burial will follow in Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, Hammonton. Viewings will be held Tuesday, January 25 from 7:00 pm - 9:00 pm and again on Wednesday, Jan. 26, 2022 9:30 am - 10:30 am at the Carnesale Funeral Home, 202 S. Third St., Hammonton, NJ 08037. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to Support the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline: Lifelinehttps://suicidepreventionlifeline.org/donate/. Family is recommending masks be worn.
