Obituary of Pearlie Bailey

Pearlie Bailey, (nee Wooton), 94, of Elm passed away peacefully on Monday, January 17, 2022. Born in Buckhorn, KY she lived in this area for 73 years. She formerly worked at Kessler Clothing Shop in Hammonton and in the food service department at Ancora Hospital. Pearlie was predeceased by her husband Joseph J. Bailey; her granddaughter, Barbara Wharton and her grandson, David Bailey. She is survived by her three sons and their spouses, Wick and Janice Nease of Wylie, TX, Joseph C. and Kathleen Bailey of Cedar Brook; David W. and Deborah Bailey of Hammonton; her two brothers, Cliff Wooton of Elwood, NJ; Dy Wooton of Tuckerton, 10 grandchildren; 24 great grandchildren and 4 great- great grandchildren. Funeral Services will be held Saturday, January 22, 2022, 12:00 pm at the Carnesale Funeral Home, 202 S. Third St., Hammonton, NJ where a viewing will be held from 11:00 am - 12:00 pm. Burial will follow in Greenmount Cemetery, Hammonton.
