Obituary of Leatrice A. Osciak

Leatrice A. "Lee" Osciak, 85 of Hammonton passed away peacefully on Friday, October 8, 2021 at her daughter's residence. Born in Philadelphia, PA, she resided in Clifton Heights, PA before relocating to Hammonton, NJ in 1975. Predeceased by her parents, Michael and Jean Lannutti, husband Edward N. Osciak, Sr., son Joseph Osciak. Lee is survived by her daughter, Linda Slimm (Edward), sons, Edward Osciak, Jr. (Charlene), David Osciak (Susan), Paul Osciak (Denise), John Osciak (Toni Marie), her sister, Maria Rita Lannutti, SSJ, brother, Russell Lannutti (Charlotte). She leaves behind her 10 grandchildren, their spouses and 8 great-grandchildren whom she adored. She was a longtime employee of Kessler Hospital, a former Eucharistic Minister and Religious Education Teacher at St. Martin de Porres Parish. A memorial visitation will be held Thursday, October 14, 2021 10:00 am - 12:00 pm at the Carnesale Funeral Home, 202 S. Third St., Hammonton, where funeral services will begin at 12:00 PM. Interment will follow in Greenmount Cemetery, Hammonton. In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent to the Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Society PO Box 182, Hammonton, NJ 08037.
