Elliott Festa Sr, 63, passed away on Tuesday, August 31 at Cooper University Hospital. Born in Philadelphia, Elliott was a lifelong resident of Hammonton, NJ and worked in Atlantic City for over 30 years as a card dealer and floor supervisor. During his free time, Elliott loved taking his boat out and water skiing with his children, Ashley and Elliott Jr. He was also passionate about vintage cars, especially Corvettes, an enthusiasm he passed on to his son.
Elliott is predeceased by his parents, Catherine and Samuel Festa, as well as his sister, Kathleen Tedeschi and brother-in-law Anthony Tedeschi. He is survived by his daughter, Ashley Cabrera (neé Festa), his son Elliott Festa Jr, their mother Sandy Festa, and his three grandchildren, including Lorenzo and Liliana Cabrera. There will be a small service for immediate family members only. Those who wish to pay their respects will be able to visit Elliott at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery (248 1st Road, Hammonton, NJ, 08037).
