William P. "Bill" Ruane, 53 of Hammonton, NJ died on Monday, July 4, 2011. Born in Philadelphia, he was a Hammonton area resident for thirty years. Bill was an avid fishermen and Philadelphia Eagles fan. He was predeceased by his mother, Rosalie Gertrude Ruane. He is survived by his wife, Sandy Ruane (nee Andrescavage), his father, Joseph Leo Ruane of Philadelphia and North Wildwood; three sisters, Kathleen Bonner (Michael) of Swedesboro, Eileen Ruane-Graham (Joseph) of Ocean City, and Rosemarie Ruane Veltri of North Wildwood, his nieces and nephews, Michele Schmidt (Walter), Elizabeth, Michael and Mara Veltri, Joseph, William, Rosalie, and Noelle Graham; Jordan and Stephen Andrescavage and two great nephews, Walter and Samuel Schmidt. A visitation will be held Saturday, July 9, 2011 from 10:00 AM - 11:00 AM at St. Mary of Mt. Carmel Parish Church of St. Anthony, 285 Route 206 in Hammonton, where a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:00 AM. Interment will be private.
