Obituary of Ronald J. Raffa

Ronald J. Raffa, 64, of Hammonton passed away on Wednesday, February 3, 2021 in Inspira Medical Center, Vineland. Born in Hammonton, he was a lifelong resident. He worked for Acme Markets for 45 years, retiring from the Corporate Office in Malvern, PA. He was a member of the United Food & Commercial Workers Union Local 1360. Ron was a Corvette collector and hobbyist. He was an avid Eagles fan, lover of music, a pastime he shared with his daughter, enjoyed golfing, and was looking forward to spending his retirement taking many great fishing trips. Ron was predeceased by his parents, Paul J. and Lillian Raffa (nee Scaltrito). He was a loving husband to his wife, Patricia Marie Raffa (nee Hengel); he adored his daughter, Karla Marie Raffa also of Hammonton and shared a special bond with his brother Paul A. Raffa and his wife, Janet of Hammonton. Ron is also survived by his long time closest friend Al Test and his loving dog Sadie. Funeral Services will be private and held at the convenience of the family.
