Having a neighbor like Bill was like having a family member next door. He always expressed true concern with the health and welfare of his neighbors. He would help by putting out trash and recyclables of the elderly without being asked. If you thanked him, he would just smile and say “no problem”.
Rest in peace “Bulldog”, condolences to his family, he will not be forgotten.

I would like to offer my sincere condolences to the entire family of Bulldog. I became friendly with him when he came to my property to drop off material for Shore Slurry. We would talk about a lot of things, but mainly fishing, it didn't take much for him to smile. Again my sincere condolences for a nice guy.
