Obituary of Shirley Hancock

Shirley May Hancock, 93, passed away on Sunday, September 27 at home in Leakesville, MS. Shirley was born in Merchantville, NJ and lived in Hammonton for many years before moving South. She enjoyed reading, dancing, ice cream, and spending time with her family. Shirley was preceded in death by her husband of 38 years, Ed, and her grandson, Eric Schamberger. She is survived by her daughters Laurie Hancock-Sebesta (Lane), Karen Hartman (Mike), Melissa Huddleston (Bob), and son Patrick (Michelle) as well as 4 granddaughters and 2 grandsons. Several nieces and nephews also survive. A Private Service will be held at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
