Eugene Frank Piscitelli, Sr. 72, died Friday May 20, 2011 at Mount Sinai Medical Center in Miami Beach, Florida following a long battle with Pulmonary Hypertension. He was born in Newark, NJ, the son of the late Frank and Madeline Piscitelli. He is survived by his wife of 26 years, Pamela; his three sons, Gene Jr. and his wife Kaye, Stephen and his wife Victoria, and his youngest son Mark; five grandchildren, Danielle, Sarah, Vinnie, Michael, and Joseph; his younger brother, Daniel Piscitelli and his wife Nannette; his brother in law Al Tully, along with many nieces and a large extended family. He was predeceased by his sister, Bernice Piscitelli Tully. Mr. Piscitelli spent his childhood years in Winslow, NJ after graduating High School in 1956, he served in the United States Navy. He relocated to Maryland in 1966 and was a longtime resident of Annapolis, MD. He was also a long time business owner in Crofton, MD, where he was a successful business owner for over 23 years. He retired to Boca Raton, FL in 2002. A viewing will be held Thursday 10:00am until 11:30am at the Carnesale Funeral Home, 202 S. Third St., Hammonton, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial 12:00pm in St. Mary of Mount Carmel Parish in St. Joseph's Church, N. Third St., Hammonton. Burial will follow in Oak Grove Cemetery, Hammonton. In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting that donations be made to the Pulmonary Hypertension Association at phassociation.org.
