It is with a heavy heart that we send our deepest condolences, Catherine was one of the most honest caring women ,We. had the pleasure of knowing. She and Dominick were a major part of our life. Always a pleasure to be with .The Kindness and hospitality they showed us will never be forgotten.The whole Amendolia family is one in a million. They are and have always been the finest example of what a family should be. Mehdi and I are so sorry that we are not able to attend the Mass tribute to our dear friend Catherine. Dear Clan Amendolia, I was very sorry to hear of Catherine’s passing. She showered me with kindness when I stayed with the Amendolias for a summer some 25 or more years ago. Catherine was living proof that saints do exist on earth.She raised 5 wonderful children,while remaining a soulmate to her husband, Domenic.Quietly, she was the strength behind the success of the family restaurants.Simply stated, she was also a loyal woman who dedicated her entire life to helping & protecting her loved ones,as she was not capable of ever putting herself 1st. She could actually be a role model for women to emulate in this ever changing, contemporary world.
