Ryan was a great kid so loved baseball. I will always remember coaching him in t-ball and when he almost hit the ball out of the field, and was shorted when it hit the telephone pole. My heart aches for Kim and Lenny. You will always keep a place in my heart Ryan!

Ryan was a great kid...never was he down or out about anything...he alwasy had this big smile and when he greated you he would say" HI" in this loud happy voice and and you could not help but smile cause you really knew he was happy to see you. Ryan loved his friends and treated everyone like they were someone...my son was 5 at the time when we lived next to ryan and he always came to our house to ride scooters with him...i always new it was ryan at the door cause my door bell would be rung 100000 of times till someone open the door. "Got any ice pop's?", he would say with a smile and i couldnt help but give him as many as he wanted. I was so blessed with knowing this little boy and my heart goes out to his mom and dad....You both are great parents and raised a great kid who forever left a mark on my heart and a smile on my face when i talk about him.

Kim, Lenny, and Lenny Jr. and the rest of the family, our hearts are deepy saddened for your precious loss. May God BLESS YOU AND GUIDE YOU THROUGH THIS TRAGIC LOSS..

Kim and Leonard, words seem inadequate to express the sadness you must feel.My heart just aches knowing that I will never see Ryan‘s beautiful face, see his beautiful smile, look into his beautiful bright eyes or hear his contagious laugh. It was a pleasure teaching him, and I was honored to have him in my class. Ryan touched so many lives in such a short time. May all of his memories too beautiful to ever forget give you strength and comfort. Life is eternal, but love is immortal.

My heart and my prayers go out to you. The path ahead of you will be difficult. Keep the faith and stay strong - your other son needs you. I lost my son, Ryan Anderson, who was also 9, to a careless driver. I can feel your pain and just wanted you to realize that even people you don't know, care about you, support you and pray for you.

I had the pleasure of being with your son every day after school two years ago. He waited with me for the late shuttle bus (I'm an aide at the ECEC). He was such an energetic, playful boy with a twinkle of adventure in his eye! I never saw him without a smile on his face. In fact, every time I saw him after that year, he greeted me with his smile. How wonderful for you knowing you had such a happy boy! I will surely miss seeing him and his beautiful face. May the memories of Ryan help to ease the pain of your grief and know that he will live forever through the memories of those whose lives he touched. God bless you all.
