Charles J. Lolio Obituary

Charles J. Lolio, 71 of Buena and formerly of Hammonton passed away on Tuesday, December 17, 2024. Born in Hammonton he lived most of his life there. Charles worked for 38 years for ACME Markets and was an Assistant Manager in Hammonton, he also worked at Shop Rite in Marmora after ACME. He was a member of Local No. 152 UFCW. Charles was an avid fisherman, and played the piano in The Long Shot Band. He enjoyed road trips with his family and coaching his sons in sports.


He was predeceased by his father, Charles P. Lolio. He is survived by two sons, Charles A. Lolio (Dave and Jake), David Lolio (Shawna Ford), his mother, Edythe Asselta and the mother of his children, Nina (Domenico) Lolio, his two sisters, Monica Ford (Glenn), and Marion Torres (Eddie) and many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.


A celebration of Charles life will be held after Christmas and will be announced at a later date.
