Obituary of Peter A. Capella

Peter A. Capella, Sr., 89, "Country Boy" of Mullica Township passed away at home on Sunday, December 4, 2016. Born in Hammonton he lived in Mullica for 57 years. He was a retired truck driver having driven many years for C & C Farms of Hammonton and Vineland Transit. Mr. Capella was predeceased by his parents, Anthony and Aida Capella; his sisters, Dorothy Marino and Marcella DeMarco and his son in law Anthony Migliacco. He is survived by his wife of 60 years, Bert Capella; his six children, Margaret "Marta" Butterhof of Atlantic City, Francisco Capella and his wife Susan of Green Bank, Susan Headdy and her husband Jim of Egg Harbor Twp., Peter A. Capella, Jr. and his wife Theresa of Galloway, Walter R. Capella and his wife Penny of Mullica and Kathleen Migliacco of Egg Harbor, 15 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren. Funeral Services will be held Thursday, December 8, 2016, 11:00am at the Carnesale Funeral Home, 202 S. Third St., Hammonton where a viewing will be held from 9:00am - 11:00am. Burial will be in Egg Harbor City Cemetery. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Deborah Hospital Foundation 212 Trenton Road, Browns Mills, NJ 08015.
