Obituary of Bruce Sodaitis

Bruce "Bru" Sodaitis, 63, of Newfield passed away suddenly on Friday, February 24, 2023 in Inspira Hospital in Vineland, with his family at his side. Born in Philadelphia, he was raised in Egg Harbor City and lived in Newfield for the last 7 years. Bru was a self-employed contractor. He enjoyed riding motorcycles, playing solitaire, cracking jokes, but most especially he enjoyed time with his family. Bru is survived by his loving wife of 30 years, Donna Sodaitis (nee Alessandrine); his son, Bruce Michael Sodaitis (Diana); his two daughters, Haley Sodaitis, Riley Solomon (Aaron); his adored grandchildren, Kayla, Julian, Carson, Florence and Eliza; his five siblings, Jim Sodaitis (Joan), Heidi Rupley, Jay Sodaitis, Terri Rush (Mike Butterhoff), Meg Lederer (Steven) and many nieces and nephews. At Bru's request a Private Memorial Service will be held at a later date.
