Antoinette Christopher, 97, of Hammonton passed away peacefully at home on Thursday, August 13, 2026. She was a former owner of Christopher Construction Company together with her husband, Robert Christopher. She attended school at Winslow Schoolhouse on Albertson Road and then Lower Camden County Regional High School. She also spent many years as a member of the Winslow Volunteer Fire Co. Ladies Auxiliary helping with Saturday evening Bingo. She was an inspiration to all who knew her. You were always welcomed at her table whether she had her awesome meatballs or steak and potatoes cooking. The holidays were "standing room only" at her home. Her escape from the kitchen was time spent at card tables, where everyone loved her sense of humor.

She was predeceased by her husband Robert Christopher, Sr., her parents, James and Rafaela Piason, her grandsons, Robert Christopher III, and Dennis Christopher Jr., her siblings, Clara Maffei, Madeline Piscitelli, Catherine Maffei, Josephine Lacovara, Carmen Piason, Frank Piason, Dessalena DeFeo, and Dolores Munson. She is survived by her children, Pat and Angela Christopher of Hammonton, Carol and George Chmielewski of Rosedale and Linda and Thomas Hupf of Rosedale. She will be very sadly missed by her grandchildren, Robert Christopher (Valerie), Pat Christopher (Karen), George Chmielewski (Liezel), Brian Chmielewski (Stefani), Thomas Hupf, Jeffrey Hupf,  her cherished great grandchildren, Cara Christopher, Pat Christopher, Robert Christopher, George Chmielewski, Sophia Chmielewski, Pat Christopher III and William Christopher, and  one sister, Sylvia Olivo.  She also leaves behind many adoring nieces, nephews, and her tireless, loving and thoughtful caregivers. She is also survived by Robert Christopher, Jr and family and Dennis Christopher and family.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend viewings on Tuesday, August 18, 2026 from 7:00 PM - 9:00 PM and Wednesday, August 19, 2026 from 9:30 AM - 10:30 AM both at the Carnesale Funeral Home, 202 S. Third Street in Hammonton. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Wednesday, August 19, 2026 at 11:00 AM at St. Mary of Mt. Carmel Parish Church of St. Joseph's, 226 French Street in Hammonton. Burial will follow at Greenmount Cemetery, 124 S. First Road in Hammonton. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to charity of donors choice.
