Martha F. Marino Obituary
It is with deep love and sadness that the family announces the peaceful passing of Martha
Marino (Lieb) on May 22, 2026.
Born on February 19, 1925, in Essen, Germany, she later emigrated to the United States after
meeting and marrying her husband, Salvatore, while he proudly served in the U.S. Army. As a
young war bride, she journeyed to Hammonton, where together they built a home and raised
their family on Third Street.
She was predeceased by her parents, Peter and Wilhem Lieb; her brother, Hanse; her husband,
Salvatore, and her sons, Leo and Peter.
She is lovingly survived by her daughters, Monica Wuillermin (August) and Martha Seabrook
(Alex); her daughters-in-law, Betty Jean Marino and Marty Lyons; her nine cherished
grandchildren: Marc (Selena), Michael, Timothy, Monica Giagunto (Robert), Michael Wuillermin
(Jaime), August Wuillermin (Lindsey), Tania Seabrook (Randy), Alex Seabrook (Rumi), and
Mary Matthews (Eric), Alan Roberts (Melissa); as well as nineteen great-grandchildren.
She will be remembered for her remarkable strength and resiliency, her lifelong love of horses,
and the beauty and care she poured into her backyard gardens.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Thursday, May 28, 2026, at 11am at St. Mary of Mt. Carmel Parish Church of St. Anthony's of Pauda Church, 285 Route 206, Hammonton, NJ where a viewing will be held from 9:30 until time of Mass. Burial will follow at Oak Grove Cemetary in Hammonton. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to St. Vincent dePaul food pantry: St Joseph Rectory, 226 French Street, Hammonton, NJ 08037.
