Seville "Reggie" Newman, 76, of Hammonton passed away at home on Monday, April 13, 20026. Reggie as he was known was born in Byers, Texas, raised in Pennsylvania and has been a longtime resident of Hammonton. He had worked for the Central Pennsylvania Teamsters, and as manager for sixteen years at Al & Rich's Gas Station in Hammonton. He served proudly in the United States Army and was a Vietnam War Veteran.

He was predeceased by his parents, Henry James Edcgar Newman and Juliar Gladys Trousdale, his brother, Ronnie Newman and his sisters, Judy Mefford and Irene Sylvester. He is survived by his longtime companion, Kim Purzner, his son Jon Rich, his sisters, Bobbie Eckels, Rosetta Newman and Brenda Leitch.

Funeral services will be held privately and entombment at Atlantic County Veterans Cemetery in Estell Manor. On behalf of Reggie much appreciation and thanks to AtlantiCare Care Center of Egg Harbor Township and the New Jersey Hospice.
